Who Reads Introductions?
from Deena's "Nutritional Guidelines" Booklet

Who Reads Introductions?

I do - and so do some of you!  I commend you for wanting to know more about nutrition and for taking the time to read this booklet.

I’ve enjoyed learning how to become healthier, and I’m happy to be sharing what I’ve learned with you. While compiling the data for this booklet, I realized how much more there is to know about health, illness, nutrition and the benefits food has to offer us in our quest for wellness.

After much thought and prayer, I’ve decided to formally continue my education in health and nutrition. I am now enrolled at Clayton College of Natural Health on a journey to earn a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition. I’ve included my admissions essay at the front of this booklet.

Please be advised that the information in this booklet is a compilation of data collected from various sources including, but not limited to nutrition journals, periodicals, and the research of doctors, nutritionists and “good ole mom”.

The chapter entitled “Eat Right For Your Blood Type” contains some interesting information that appears to make a lot of sense, however; I do not know enough about it to advise you to use this information as a dietary guideline.

Healthy Blessings!
